New to Leading RE


With a focus on the Birmingham approach to Religious Education, this 1.5 day course will support delegates with leading this subject area. There will be the opportunity to understand the new Birmingham Agreed Syllabus for RE (2022), insight into planning and monitoring within Religious Education.

Day 2: 9.00 – 12.00

During this course, participants will gain:• An understanding of the statutory requirements for teaching Religious Education and in particular the new Birmingham Agreed Syllabus 2022.• Increased knowledge of how to plan, assess and monitor Religious Education• Guidance on how to maximise the effective use of the resources to deliver Religious Education
